No Returns and Refunds Policy
At The Halo Suite, we prioritize the quality and satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Returns and Refunds Policy:
- All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- Hygiene and Safety: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on hair extensions or related products. This policy ensures that all our customers receive brand-new, unused items.
- Product Quality Assurance: We take great pride in the quality of our extensions. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your case and provide a suitable resolution if applicable.
- Order Discrepancies: Any discrepancies in your order must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the right to an exchange.
